THERAPEUTIC
A therapeutic massage is where I assess and treat issues or ailments you are having. As a Registered Massage Therapist I have thorough understanding of the body and it’s functions.
DEEP TISSUE
A deep tissue massage helps break down scar tissue and muscle adhesions through out the body. I adjust the level of pressure to what you are comfortable with.
RELAXATION
A relaxation massage is designed to help you destress, and help you relax the mind and body. I use less pressure with longer strokes to put you in a comfortable, care-free state.
SPORTS RECOVERY
Sport recovery massage is work on the soft tissue for both prevention and recovery of injuries. I have worked on professional athletes and those who just love playing leisurely.
MYOFACIAL RELEASE
Myofascial release is therapy targeting the connective tissue around the muscles and bones. It is intended to help reduce restriction and improve movement.
CUPPING
Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine creating suction on your skin. It is intended to help with pain, inflammation, relaxation and blood flow.
